It's my first time going there. The people there were nice but they seemed to lack experience and made some mistakes for easy stuff. I did a basic cleaning and it probably only took 10min, making me feel perfunctory. Also I was asked to hold the ejector myself, kind of funny.
I had an amazing experience! I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with different dentist in the past but that wasn’t the case here. I felt heard and they explained everything very well to me. The Dr also believed me when I still felt pain and she went above and beyond to fix the issue! Dr was very kind and so was her staff. They did an amazing job too. My teeth look beautiful! Dr Xu is nice and gentle. I went to other clinics for teeth implants. but I was told they were not able to preceed it for some reasons. Finally I found Dr Xu and helped with the implants. I am very happy about this experience.
Dr. Xu always handles me with the utmost care. She listens to me about pain vs telling me it's "just discomfort" and has helped me to ease my anxiety about dentistry tremendously. I would send anyone to her.
These people were great. I was seen the day after my initial call, had two root canals done, and then the next week had two more root canals and a filling. They were very professional, efficient, courteous. And no waiting whatsoever. Very highly recommended.

Dr. Xu was fantastic. I had a chipped tooth that I was putting off getting care for, and she got me in within 2 days to fix it, get fillings I needed, AND have a cleaning all at once. I had an issue with one of my fillings the day after my appointment (the others were great with very minimal pain), and she was willing to see me the same day that I called. She and her staff were patient, compassionate, understanding of my fears, and nonjudgemental given how long I had put off seeking dental care. The ultrasonic cleaning was amazing; I never want to go back to getting my teeth scraped manually. Will definitely be returning here for my regular cleanings in the future.
I chose Care Dental because they take adults and children starting at the age of one. It was a nice place. Very clean and organized. The Dentist was kind and welcoming. However, I’ve never had a dentist ask if I wanted to close my gaps. 🤷🏾♀️ Also, the hygienist had me hold my own saliva ejector. Nothing crazy, just interesting.

I used to go to IU dental school Faculty Practice. However over time administratively they decided to take away free parking and making you walk several blocks to get to the building. I do not fault the dentist. At the time my wife was in a wheelchair. I would drop her off at the building and go park and come back. She was also blind and waiting for me to return was unnerving. The staff at Care Dental are very understanding of her needs and showed kindness and patience. Dr. Xu explains all procedures in layman terms so I understand what will be happening. I am extremely pleased with their service.

Absolutely love this place. I was new in town, needed a dentist quick, everybody wanted to tell me the earliest they could get me in was in a month or month and a half. Care Dental got me in two days after my call, and without any prompting or questions asked set me down for x-rays ,screening ,cleaning, the whole nine yards. Most efficient dental service I've had in years. Definitely five star care.

I have been seeing my family doctor since I was a small boy. This was my first dental experience with another provider. Carrie’s team is professional and dedicated to ensuring their work meets high standards. Usually I had to make an appointment for another date for additional dental work. Carrie’s team got to it right away and did it the same day. Very nice doctor and highly recommended.

I had a root canal done and Dr Xu was awesome!!!! I wasn’t able to have anyone bring me so I was unable to have any medication besides the numbing medicine which just felt like a small pinch. I did not feel any pain whatsoever! She was gentle and very kind. I will never go to another Dentist again and I recommend her to any and everyone:)

Had extractions and implant done by Dr Xu. What an amazing experience. I barely felt the needle and procedures at all. I was waiting some pain and swelling after the surgery but it never came. Dr Xu was very gentle and efficient. The whole procedure only took an hour. The office is new, modern and clean. They take precautions for Covid for the safely of their patients and staff. They have UV lights and full suits which makes me feel completely protected in the office. All the staff was so friendly and professional. I’m grateful for Dr Xu and Care Dental staff!

Found a new dentist for as long as I call Indy home! Hadn't been to the dentist in 4+ years, so naturally I was prepared for an awful, excruciating experience when I arrived. What I ended up with was the most pain-free and comfortable deep cleaning and cavity fill imaginable. Extremely professional and caring atmosphere, and I left feeling quite rejuvenated and optimistic about oral hygiene. Also worth mentioning that I called at 5:30 PM and they were able to get me in at 9 AM the next morning as a new patient! A+++++!!!!!!!!

I have been a patient here for over a year now. Let me start off by saying I have physically ran out of dentists at least twice in my life that I can remember. I love Dr. Xu. No more pain! And she's a little lady with nice small hands. She doesn't stretch my mouth like the big handed dentists do. She cleans my teeth HERSELF! Who does that?!? She says it's the best way she can get to know her patient's mouth and teeth. Office and treatment areas are always clean, excellent, efficient and friendly personnel. And, FINALLY....I can afford a dentist again. Her prices are beyond reasonable. Her husband (my doctor, Zhi Xu with IU Health, is awesome, too! These are 2 truly great people to keep me healthy and beautiful! Oh! And uses one of the greatest techniques for giving the shots. Some dentists grab the lip, cheek, whatever area needed And massage it while giving the shots. It truly makes the shots MUCH more easier to take. Pain free dentist, yes indeed! She has cleaned my teeth, a few new crowns and removed an old crown from 15 yrs ago or so that I didn't like. Kudos to Care Dental / Dr. Xu !!
I'll admit it. It had been a very long time since I had seen the dentist. I was anxious to say the least. Nothing is as humiliating as a Doctor with a mask on -hiding their face - yet you can still see by their eyes and furrowed brow that you are being judged. Dr. Xu and her assistant, Kaylee, were nothing like that. The atmosphere was comfortable even funny. I highly recommend!
BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! I called ahead to set up an appointment with Dr. Xu and she was able to get me do my dentist check and wisdom tooth removal surgery the same day!! Very nice person and very gentle!! I did not feel any pain AT ALL!! And the price is reasonable and affordable even thought I don't have insurance. Very high quality, professional service, and friendly staffs. I did a routine x-ray inspection today, Dr. Xu is very gentle, professional, and patient. Equipment are shining clean and new. Staffs here are very friendly, too. Highly recommended! Only problem is that if you are going there for the first time, Google map will take you to a facility supply store next door, but the dental clinic is actually behind a red brick building near the supply store. To find the clinic, look for a ranch house with a clear green "CareDental" logo outside. Plenty of parking lots as well.

I received excellent care in a timely fashion. All the staff are welcoming and efficient.
Very sweet ladies that work there. They do a great job and they're really good at telling you what they're doing before they do it and always checking and seeing if you're all right or if you need a break. Best dentist I've ever been to. Her whole staff is amazing. They all go above and beyond. I don't ever want to go to another dentist.
Dr. Xu was fantastic. I had a chipped tooth that I was putting off getting care for, and she got me in within 2 days to fix it, get fillings I needed, AND have a cleaning all at once. I had an issue with one of my fillings the day after my appointment (the others were great with very minimal pain), and she was willing to see me the same day that I called. She and her staff were patient, compassionate, understanding of my fears, and nonjudgemental given how long I had put off seeking dental care. The ultrasonic cleaning was amazing; I never want to go back to getting my teeth scraped manually. Will definitely be returning here for my regular cleanings in the future.
I chose Care Dental because they take adults and children starting at the age of one. It was a nice place. Very clean and organized. The Dentist was kind and welcoming. However, I’ve never had a dentist ask if I wanted to close my gaps. 🤷🏾♀️ Also, the hygienist had me hold my own saliva ejector. Nothing crazy, just interesting.
My experience here is excellent. Dr. Xu always makes sure that all procedures are done right. She advises how I could take care of myself in a way that is practical for my lifestyle.
Dr. Xu is an excellent dentist and my little girls love going to her practice. I love the fact that my whole family can go to her, not only is it convenient but her and her staff are very professional and caring.

I have been going to Dr. Xu since the winter of 2016. I was scared to death on my first visit. Dr. Xu and her Expanded Function Dental Assistant Natasha eased my fear. I have continued seeing Dr. Xu every since. If you are looking for a compassionate and caring Dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Xu! Please, don't be surprised if you catch Dr. Xu answering an occasional phone call. That expands on her level of care. She will not hesitate to step in to support her office staff; that says a lot.
I have been a patient of Dr. Xu's since 2020. She and her staff are very friendly. They have been kind and patient with me in helping me achieve good dental health. I do not feel guilty when I leave each time but rather encouraged by what I can do better moving forward. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends!
Dr Xu is excellent at her job. She always makes me feel comfortable as her staff does as well. Everyone is kind, patient and knowledgeable at their jobs. I differently recommend coming to this location.
I used to go to IU dental school Faculty Practice. However over time administratively they decided to take away free parking and making you walk several blocks to get to the building. I do not fault the dentist. At the time my wife was in a wheelchair. I would drop her off at the building and go park and come back. She was also blind and waiting for me to return was unnerving. The staff at Care Dental are very understanding of her needs and showed kindness and patience. Dr. Xu explains all procedures in layman terms so I understand what will be happening. I am extremely pleased with their service.

Absolutely love this place. I was new in town, needed a dentist quick, everybody wanted to tell me the earliest they could get me in was in a month or month and a half. Care Dental got me in two days after my call, and without any prompting or questions asked set me down for x-rays ,screening ,cleaning, the whole nine yards. Most efficient dental service I've had in years. Definitely five star care.

I have been seeing my family doctor since I was a small boy. This was my first dental experience with another provider. Carrie’s team is professional and dedicated to ensuring their work meets high standards. Usually I had to make an appointment for another date for additional dental work. Carrie’s team got to it right away and did it the same day. Very nice doctor and highly recommended.
Everyone was friendly and efficient. Every step was explained to me. Best of all, they use an ultrasonic tool that makes cleaning your teeth painless. Not a bunch of scraping with that awful thing! I recommend Care Dental to anyone who wants a great trip to the dentist. I can't wait to go back!
I have had a couple of dentists before but Dr Xu is the dentist whom I will likely stay with for a long time. So far I have been happy with the service that she and her team provided with professionalism and friendliness. She explained my dental problem in detail and the work that needed to be done. I had a root canal done and Dr Xu was awesome!!!! I wasn’t able to have anyone bring me so I was unable to have any medication besides the numbing medicine which just felt like a small pinch. I did not feel any pain whatsoever! She was gentle and very kind. I will never go to another Dentist again and I recommend her to any and everyone:)

The office was very clean and professional. Savannah greeted me at the front desk and made me feel welcome. The staff explains everything in detail so you know what to expect. Dr. Xu has expert knowledge and charismatic chair side manner. Cristal, the dental assistant helped ensure the X-ray process was quick and painless for me. Natasha polished my teeth and was very delightful and friendly. I feel the staff really cares about me as a patient. I would definitely recommend this office for your dental health.

I am one of those pitiful adults that are completely afraid of the dentist, ( it has to do with my childhood and I am seeing a therapist about it) so I hate going and it’s a major fear I have. Had extractions and implant done by Dr Xu. What an amazing experience. I barely felt the needle and procedures at all. I was waiting some pain and swelling after the surgery but it never came. Dr Xu was very gentle and efficient. The whole procedure only took an hour. The office is new, modern and clean. They take precautions for Covid for the safely of their patients and staff. They have UV lights and full suits which makes me feel completely protected in the office. All the staff was so friendly and professional. I’m grateful for Dr Xu and Care Dental staff!

Coming from someone, due to serious anxiety about dentists and who hasn't followed any dental regime for many years, to want to go online and provide feedback about my treatment at Care Dental should carry some weight. In only 3 visits my teeth are once again beautiful. The staff is so friendly, professional, gentle, kind, and well trained that you are immediately at ease with the whole process. Carrie has many years of experience and I felt so relaxed on my second visit that i dozed off during the procedure. Found a new dentist for as long as I call Indy home! Hadn't been to the dentist in 4+ years, so naturally I was prepared for an awful, excruciating experience when I arrived. What I ended up with was the most pain-free and comfortable deep cleaning and cavity fill imaginable. Extremely professional and caring atmosphere, and I left feeling quite rejuvenated and optimistic about oral hygiene. Also worth mentioning that I called at 5:30 PM and they were able to get me in at 9 AM the next morning as a new patient! A+++++!!!!!!!!
Go here! It's been a week since my 4 wisdom teeth extraction and I can say that this dentist office treats you right and takes care of you. I was nervous because I was trying a different dentist than my family's dentist. The extraction process was less than an hour and painless, pressure is a given, but still painless. She did my wisdom teeth extraction earlier this year, and even with just a local anesthetic and no sedatives, it was the SMOOTHEST experience you could imagine! I was feeling better in no time! And when I have check ups, she does an quick and excellent job of getting my teeth cleaned and is the most pleasant person in the world! Seriously folks, if you're looking for a good dentist, look no further. Dr. XU is the dentist for YOU!
I made my first appointment and was seen within the same week. The office manager/assistant Terrin was extremely nice and courteous and made me feel welcome. The dental office was clean and the staff extremely professional. Dr. Xu is absolutely the best dentist I've been to in my life. I went for a cleaning and she repaired broken fillings and bonding that was poorly done before by another dentist. There was no pain and it was actually pleasant and relaxing. The cosmetic work looks way better than anything previously done. The dental assistant Terrin was extremely professional and polite and didn't hurt me during the cleaning or x-rays. This will be my new dental office for life. I cannot recommend a better dentist than Dr. Xu and staff or a better dental office than Care dental. Thanks again for such great service and care!!! I have been a patient here for over a year now. Let me start off by saying I have physically ran out of dentists at least twice in my life that I can remember. I love Dr. Xu. No more pain! And she's a little lady with nice small hands. She doesn't stretch my mouth like the big handed dentists do. She cleans my teeth HERSELF! Who does that?!? She says it's the best way she can get to know her patient's mouth and teeth. Office and treatment areas are always clean, excellent, efficient and friendly personnel. And, FINALLY....I can afford a dentist again. Her prices are beyond reasonable. Her husband (my doctor, Zhi Xu with IU Health, is awesome, too! These are 2 truly great people to keep me healthy and beautiful! Oh! And uses one of the greatest techniques for giving the shots. Some dentists grab the lip, cheek, whatever area needed And massage it while giving the shots. It truly makes the shots MUCH more easier to take. Pain free dentist, yes indeed! She has cleaned my teeth, a few new crowns and removed an old crown from 15 yrs ago or so that I didn't like. Kudos to Care Dental / Dr. Xu !!
I'll admit it. It had been a very long time since I had seen the dentist. I was anxious to say the least. Nothing is as humiliating as a Doctor with a mask on -hiding their face - yet you can still see by their eyes and furrowed brow that you are being judged. Dr. Xu and her assistant, Kaylee, were nothing like that. The atmosphere was comfortable even funny. I highly recommend!
BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! I called ahead to set up an appointment with Dr. Xu and she was able to get me do my dentist check and wisdom tooth removal surgery the same day!! Very nice person and very gentle!! I did not feel any pain AT ALL!! And the price is reasonable and affordable even thought I don't have insurance. Would definitely recommend everyone that I know to come here!

Very high quality, professional service, and friendly staffs. I did a routine x-ray inspection today, Dr. Xu is very gentle, professional, and patient. Equipment are shining clean and new. Staffs here are very friendly, too. Highly recommended! Only problem is that if you are going there for the first time, Google map will take you to a facility supply store next door, but the dental clinic is actually behind a red brick building near the supply store. To find the clinic, look for a ranch house with a clear green "CareDental" logo outside. Plenty of parking lots as well.
