Care Dental (Xu Family Dental LLC) sends appointment reminder and appointment confirmation text messages to patients who agree to receive them.
How to sign up
Check the text message box on our Patient Registration form, or tell our front desk that you would like to receive appointment reminder texts at your mobile number.
What you will receive
Reminders and confirmations about your own appointments only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies (usually a few messages per appointment).
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone
